We will provide you with a quality home inspection - inspecting your home as we would inspect our own - with a comprehensive report and picture documentation. We will generate a professional report - documented with descriptions, limitations and recommendations - loaded with pictures and educational diagrams and helpful links for understanding.
We deliver reports (via email) within 24 hrs of the inspection - and most of the time, same day!
We have 10+ years of experience in home inspections, construction, rehab and remodeling, and extensive knowledge in the 9 systems of the home.

About Us
Family owned and operated
Allen Home Inspections was founded by Josh Allen in October 2011. A hard worker with a bold personality, Josh used his incredible home inspection skills and relational gifts to grow AHI into a quality, reputable home inspection company in the Dayton area. It is a journey he would not finish. In August 2020, Josh passed away unexpectedly - leaving the legacy of the company to his wife, Danica, and 3 children, Taylor, Jayden & Eden.
Today, Allen Home Inspections is run by Danica Allen - with inspector Nick Shough - a knowledgeable, relational home inspector who worked with Josh in the industry - and inspector Derrek Wanty - brother-in-law to Josh - primarily in the Columbus area.
